This video provides a insight into what was happening in 1983 when AIDS Vancouver was formed. It is part of a video series that pieces together the dynamic history of HIV in Vancouver, told by and for those who were there. In 1983, AIDS Vancouver's first community forum brought Paul Popham of the Gay Men's Health Crisis in NYC and was attended by many people who have shaped the response to HIV in Vancouver.
