On the Rise BC: Our syphilis awareness campaign
July 18, 2013 - Syphilis is on the rise in BC: according to the BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC), syphilis cases
among men who have sex with men (MSM) in BC doubled in 2011 and 2012. Over half of these cases were HIV-positive.
In response to the growing rates of syphilis in BC, Positive Living BC presents the launch of our "On the Rise BC" campaign.
