24th Annual Canadian Conference on HIV/AIDS Research
(CAHR 2015)
December 7, 2014 - The 24 th Annual Canadian Conference on HIV/AIDS Research (CAHR 2015) , organized by the Canadian Association for HIV Research, will be held April 30 to May 3, 2015 at the Metro Toronto Convetion Centre (MTCC) in Toronto, Ontario.
The theme of CAHR 2015 is Combining Strengths in the Struggle Against HIV. In recent years, there has been an increasing focus on work across disciplines to understand and fight the HIV epidemic. Added to this are recent data showing the benefits of a combination approach to HIV prevention, analogous to the evolving successes of combination antiretroviral therapy. At CAHR 2015, you will learn about the benefits of combining treatment, prevention, and research across methodologies, research tracks, and disciplines to combat the HIV epidemic. Le 24 e Congrès annuel canadien de recherche sur le VIH/sida (ACRV 2015) , organisé par l'Association canadienne de recherche sur le VIH, aura lieu du 30 avril au 3 mai 2015 au Palais des congrès du Toronto métropolitaine (MTCC), à Toronto (Ontario).
Le thème de l'ACRV 2015 est Unir nos forces pour gagner la bataille contre le VIH . Ces dernières années ont été marquées par une convergence croissante du travail entre disciplines afin de comprendre et de combattre l'épidémie de VIH. Ajoutons à cela les données récentes faisant ressortir les avantages des approches conjointes à la prévention du VIH, qui ne sont pas sans analogie avec les succès croissants des diverses thérapies antirétrovirales combinées. À l'ACRV 2015, vous en apprendrez davantage sur les avantages des thérapies combinées, la prévention et la recherche inter-méthodologies, les volets de recherche et les disciplines de lutte contre l'épidémie de VIH.
