This session will examine the major contributors to poor cardiovascular outcomes such as atherosclerosis, weight gain, metabolic syndrome and diabetes.

• Recognize important clinical features that will contribute to risk of early CVD
• Apply this information to the management of your HIV+ patients
• Present options to your patients for improved outcomes
