9TH Symposium on HIV, Law, and Human Rights
A Virtual Event
HITTING THE MARK:
ENDING THE HIV PANDEMIC BY REALIZING RIGHTS FOR PEOPLE WHO USE DRUGS
May 14, 2021—The HIV Legal Network’s Symposium on HIV, Law, and Human Rights is back for its 9th edition, and you’re invited!
Please join us on Thursday, June 17th for Hitting the Mark: Ending the HIV pandemic by realizing rights for people who use drugs — a free, virtual event that will examine Canada’s current reality and what needs to be done to achieve global targets and eventually overcome this decades-long public health challenge.
We’ll be considering decriminalization, harm reduction, and the safe supply of drugs as key strategies that protect human rights and save lives. We’ll be hearing from experts and sharing information. And we’ll be asking important questions, including: What would truly progressive drug policy look like in this country? How can we get there, together?
On June 17th, Hitting the Mark is where you want to be. Register for free today.
